Abdullah narrated that :the Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى (Allāhumma innī as’alukal-hudā wat-tuqā, wal-`afāfa wal-ghinā). O Allah, indeed, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and sufficiency. Sahih Muslim Book 35, Hadith 6566 Jami` at-Tirmidhi Book 48, Hadith 120 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا
Ali (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A slave who had made a contract with his master to pay for his freedom, came to me and said: “I am unable to fulfill my obligation, so help me.” He said to him: “Shall I not teach you a supplication which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
Narrated `Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) : The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say in his bowing and prostrations سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي “Subhanaka l-lahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika; Allahumma ghfir li , Glory be to Thee, O Allah, out Lord.” And “Praise be to Thee, O Allah, forgive me,” Sahih al-Bukhari
