Shipping Information
- Processing: Each item is custom-printed. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their specific country.
- Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. During peak seasons (like Ramadan or Eid), delays may occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Items: Because our Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ clothing is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer returns for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides before purchasing.
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
